It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Frederick William Knight with his loving family by his side on September 2,2023. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Margaret (Teddy) Knight, loving father to Jackie Maracle (Rick), Jeff Knight (Heather), the late Jody Harvey (Tim) and the late Jason Knight. Fred will be forever loved and missed by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, family and his caregivers at Friendly Manor. Although Fred has been burdened over the past few years will illness and disease, he has continued to be the kind, loving, quick witted guy we all knew and loved. We will miss him dearly but take comfort in knowing he is now at peace with his precious Teddy, Jody and Jason. A celebration of Fred’s life will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Deseronto Legion Branch 280 between the hours of 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friendly Manor in memory of Fred.
