Powell, Douglas Frederick

Passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital in his 73rd year.  Son of the late Thomas and Rose Ellen Powell.  Loving dad of Natasha (Brett) and Jeff (Kristin).  Treasured grandpa of Cole, Katie, Connor, Jace and Hailyn.  He leaves behind his dear sister, Sharlene (Peter) and his nephews Neil and Dylan.  The family would like to say a special thank you to Gerry Gray for being such a great neighbour and friend to Doug.  Family and friends are welcome to a Graveside Service in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 198 Palace Road, Napanee on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Everyone is welcome back to M.J. Smith and Son Funeral Home following the Graveside Service for some light refreshments.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital in memory of Doug.
