Loney, Gordon Richard

Gord passed away peacefully with his sister by his side on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Friendly Manor Nursing home just shy of his 73rd birthday.  Son of the late Richard and Helen Loney.  Dear brother of John (Maddie), Calvin (Elaine), Doug (Fran), Nancy Clark (the late Al), Gloria Hayes (Leo), Carol Cherneskie (Nick), Pat Dilts, Diana Markle (Tim) and Dale (Susan).  Predeceased by Gerald Loney (Nikki).  Gord will always be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.  In keeping with Gords wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of his Life will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Visitation to be held from 10:30 – 11:00 on Saturday, December 13, 2025.  Interment to be held in the spring in Cherry Valley Cemetery.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Friendly Manor Nursing Home in memory of Gord.
