Peacefully at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on December 26, 2025 in her 82nd year.  Daughter of the late Stan and Aileen Lattone.  Cherished partner for over 30 years to Jack Smith.  Loving mom of Tony Wales (Pamela) and Sue Wales Hunter (Marc).  Treasured grandma of Erika, Kyle, Jaden, Holly Joshua, Hayden and Evie.  Predeceased by her siblings Madelyn, Jack and Shirley.  Berna will always be remembered by her nieces and nephews.  Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.  Interment to follow in Deseronto Cemetery.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society in Berna’s memory.
