In loving Memory of Jacob Austin Tyler Brant

memories will never fade.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob Austin Tyler Brant, 27, at his home in Kingston.

Jacob was a proud Mohawk Man of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.

He is survived by his Beloved wife Cassandra (Cassie), and his Loving daughters Evelyn and Frankie

Jacob leaves behind his proud parents James Brant and Paula Macdonald of Tyendinaga, along with his siblings Tom (Jodi), Sabrina, Alexis, and Emilly.

Jacob was extremely well-loved, honoured, and respected by everyone he met due to his loving heart, kindness, and his amazing sense of humor. He rose to a management position at Home Depot in a very short time due to his dedication and hard work. He was respected by his coworkers and appreciated by those he worked alongside. He took pride in his work and always gave his best.

He will always be remembered for his laughter and his way to make others laugh. Jacob gave the best of himself always, through his off-key singing and goofy way he danced. Everyone could see how he enjoyed life and had no cares about how other people may have judged him. He will be sorely missed not just by his extensive family but by everyone he has ever met.

Visitation will be at his parents’ home at 497 Wyman Road, Tyendinaga, starting on Thursday, June 18, 2026, any time after 10 am to Friday at 7pm, with a memorial service on June 20, 2026, at the Tyendinaga Parish Hall, 1295 Ridge Road, Tyendinaga, at 11 am food and refreshments to follow.

In Lieu of flowers, it is requested for donations to his two daughters’ RESP, as their education was his greatest desire.  Any donations for his girls can be sent to evelynfrankieresp@gmail.com.
