Brant, Donald Robert

It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband, dad, papa on July 15, 2026 in his 84th year.  Don was the son of the late Russel and Loretta Brant.  He leaves behind his cherished wife Lillian (nee Leween) who have shared 65 years of marriage together.  Loving dad of Terry (Sandra) and the late Valarie Alyea.  Treasured papa of Katelyn, Sarah, Jesse (Chelsea), Lucas, Melissa (Gary) and great papa of Gabe, Noah, Myles and Grace.  He is survived by his brother Ken (Gail) and sister-in-law Helen.  Predeceased by his siblings Larry, Margaret (Art).  Don will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Family and friends are welcome to M.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home on Sunday, July 19, 2026 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 12:00 noon in the funeral home.  Interment to following in Christ Church Cemetery.
