Obituary of Sandra Jean Lewis den-Otter

Lewis den-Otter, Sandra Jean Peacefully with her family by her side on April 22, 2015 at the Lennox & Addington Hospital, Napanee in her 67th year. Daughter of the late Garnet and Audrey Lewis. Loving partner of Dale Maracle. Cherished mother of Greg (Cindy) Lewis. Treasured Oma and BFF of Adrianna ‘Anna’. Sandra is survived by her brother Richard (Jean) Lewis and her sister-in-law Janet and will always be remembered by her niece Amie and her nephews Shane, Jeremy and Jamie. Predeceased by her brothers Tom and Dennis. In keeping with Sandra’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
