Murphy, Michael John (Of Marysville) Peacefully at Village Green Nursing Home in Selby, on November 27, 2013 in his 78th year. Cherished husband of the late Anne Murphy (nee Hinch). Loving father of Anne Marie Murphy of Alberta, James Murphy (Anne-Marie) of Marysville, Michele Kennelly (Paul) of Marysville, Margaret Murphy-Bailey (Simon) of England, Colleen Murphy Hoffman (Dave) of Corbyville, Shawna Murphy of Cambridge. Treasured grandpa of John Michael, Emma, Liam, Calum, Logan, Owen, Carly, Lucy, Sam, Hannah, Brian and Kevin. Mike will be sadly missed by his sister Monica McGuinness. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Mary Murphy and his brother Harold Murphy. Family and Friends will be received at McGlade Funeral Home on Friday, November 29, 2013 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Marysville on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Rite of Committal with prayers to follow in Holy Name of Mary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church Building Fund in memory of Mike. Service Information
