Obituary of Pauline Smith

(nee Phillips) of Burk's Falls Suddenly at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Saturday July 30, 2011. Mrs. Pauline Smith was in her 74th year. Beloved partner of Ike Herman of Burk's Falls. Loving mother of Lynn Herman (Rick), Kevin Smith (Jan), Danny Smith, Frank Smith, Vicki Poffley (Mark), Stacy Bosworth, Steve Smith (Heather), predeceased by infant daughter Debbie and husband Michael F. Smith (1982). Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Cora Illman (late John), Albert "Bus" Phillips (Linda), late Glenda Todd (Jim) and late Laura Rowley (Joe). Pauline will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. The family wishes to thank all the staff at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital for their wonderful care and support. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday August 1, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Smith will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday August 2, 2011. Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery.
