My sincere condolences on the passing of Wayne to Leona and family. I have not been in the area for many years with life on the westcoast. Wayne was instrumental in helping Napanee contend with MNR with the introduction of Springside Community Fish Hatchery. I am proud to have introduced Wayne to a few fish hatcheries that support the community and sure was tickled pink when he began to rear walleye for the Bay of Quinte and our regional community. He was a friend that I have often wondered about over the years and admired his background in business and community interests. Rest well my friend. Donald Stokes
