Deeply saddened at Glenn's passing. During the period I worked at Indian Affairs in Edmonton I would come into contact with people from Deseronto and Glenn's name always seemed to come into the conversation so his legacy stretched a long way.
Years ago performing with Glenn was always an interesting experience and few could match his guitar skills. There's now an amazing band in heaven!

So sad to hear of Glen's passing. Just this spring we went to a dozen music places in Kingston in the 'Vet. Anyone who knew Glen knows how much we laughed during the whole trip. He was a world class guitar player (and friend) and taught me a great deal....so many memories of nights blasting blues and rock and roll in Ontario bars. I miss you already brother.

Hello,
I had the good fortune of working with Glen from 1990 through 1993. Glen and I had several quality conversations and I knew he was a good family man.
I was his Manager and felt that I could always count on Glen and he was a team player.
He was a kind sole and I felt that my life was better having known him.

So sorry to hear of Glen's passing. I knew Glen for over 50 years, but it seems like only yesterday that we met and became friends. I will fondly remember the wonderful laughs and shenanigans we had in high school. His wit and sense of humour, which was off-the-wall, is something that I will cherish always. I recall sitting in his Mom's kitchen as a teenager listening to him play his guitar and wishing I could play like that. Time goes by so fast.
Deepest sympathy to his family.

Wish to extend my sympathies to the entire Brant family. I worked with Glen for four summers at LaPalm Movers back in the early 80s and he was such a wonderful guy to work with a great sense of humour but he was also a relentlessly hard worker. Enjoyed seeing him play down at the Chart Room too. He was an amazing musician. A huge loss and he will be greatly missed.

Papa, its hard to believe that your gone. I am thankful that I had such a loving, caring and fun grandfather like you in my life for 14 years. I always enjoyed having sleepovers with you and Nanny when we would play games and have uncontrollable laughs. Even though it is hard, I have to remember that you are in a better place. A place where there is no suffering, and no pain, a place where you can be happy again. Seeing you in pain was very hard for me because of how much I love you. I am very happy for you and I couldn't have asked God for a better grandfather than you in my life. You may not be here with me, but you will always be in my heart. I'll miss you, but we will meet again some day, this is definitely not a goodbye, but a simple see you later.
Love Gabri

Papa,
We all love and miss you dearly already. Its hard to believe that you're gone. It seems just like yesterday when you were well. So many wonderful memories have come back to me in this little time that you have been gone, memories that I will cherish in my heart forever. You were so many wonderful things father ,grandfather ,uncle ,cousin ,guitar player plus many more, and you did an amazing job at every single one of them. I know that your up in heaven visiting with close family and friends that we have also lost. And I also know that you will be watching over Nanny and the rest of the family. You were more than just a grandfather to me, you were a friend. I could trust you with anything. And you never failed to make me smile when I was upset. I know that your not suffering anymore, no more hospitals or needles. No more being in pain. I will always remember the things you taught me, and the corvette rides to music stores all over the place. I will always remember your kind and funny sprit. All though I only had 14 short years with you I feel like we made the best of them, I will always miss you and, will always love you. Watch over Nanny
