Claus, Mike Of Deseronto Suddenly at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, July 24, 2020 in his 61st year. Loving husband of Cathy for 44 years. Dear son of Shirley Claus and William Miller. Cherished dad of Owen Claus, Crystal Claus-Atwell (Shane) and Brad Claus. Treasured grandpa of Nick Simon, Diamond Claus (Brandon), Meka Claus (Brandon), Brandi Claus, Dylan Claus and Shelby Claus. Great grandpa of Myles Sousa. Survived by his siblings Paul (Karen) Claus, Janet Neilson (Scott), Cheryl Woodcock (Perry Hartwick) and Carolyn Rosenblath (Dave). Predeceased by his brothers David, Danny, Doug and his brother-in-law Eugene. Mike will always be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many friends. Family and friends will be received at Smith & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 between the hours of 2:00- 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Due to COVID restrictions all attendees must RSVP directly to the funeral home by phone 613-396-2310 to obtain a time to see the family on Wednesday. Mandatory COVID 19 protocols will be effect including physical distancing outside and inside the funeral home and face mask are required. We ask everyone to remain outside or in your vehicles until your time to see the family.
