Obituary of Marvin Bruce Loft

It is with deep sadness and love that we mourn the passing of Marvin Bruce Loft of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, who lost his battle with cancer at Kingston General Hospital on January 10, 2022 in his 65^th year with his stepdaughter and sister by his side. 

Marvin is survived by his parents, Bruce Allen and Mary Louise (Crawford) Loft.  He will be missed by his stepdaughter, Jolie (Mike Aubrey) Brant.  His siblings Linda (late Roy) Garvin; Bill (MJ) Loft; Rick (Marilyn) Loft; Nancy (Bill) Carr-Braint; Mary (Keven) Boomhour, Donald and Cindy (Dan Chase) Loft as well as many nephews and nieces.  Predeceased by his nephew, Connor Loft.

Marv will be missed by many.  Marv enjoyed fishing, helping friends, family and loved to raise a few. 

We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at KGH and Napanee Hospital for all the care he received.  In keeping with Marv’s wishes cremation has taken place and A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
