Maracle, Ivy Doreen

Suddenly at home on Thursday, February 3, 2022 in her 78^th year.  Daughter of the late Harold and Margaret Chapman.  Loving wife of the late Donald James Maracle.  Cherished mom of DeeJay Maracle (Dion Dumaresque) and Margaret Maracle (Michael McInniess).  Predeceased by her son John Jones.  Treasured grandma of Bailey, Kelsey, Tyler, Marcus, Alex, Emma, Raymond, Dryden, Charlie, JD, Melissa and Jeremy.  Dear sister of Margaret and John (Theresa).  Always remembered by her favourite niece Kathleen (Pete).  Family and friends will be received at Smith & Son Funeral Home on Monday, February 7, 2022 between the hours of 2:00- 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00.p.m.. In keeping with Ivy`s wishes cremation will take place following the visitation.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society in memory of Ivy.  Due to COVID restrictions we kindly asked that family and friends who will be attending the visitation be respectful of one another and practice physical distancing outside and inside the funeral home and face masks are required.
