Alton, Robert Gordon “Bob”



Passed away at home on April 24, 2022 in his 78th year. Son of the late Neil Alton and Jessie Scholey. Cherished husband of Laurie Alton for 16 years. Loving dad of Denise Alton, Katherine “Katie” Alton, Shannon Mason (Robbie Snyder), Kyle Porter, Ethan Porter and Evan Porter. Treasured grandpa of Serena Mason and Elleanor Mason and Quinn Porter. Survived by his sister Carol. Predeceased by his brother Howard. Bob will be greatly missed by his family at Continental Conveyor in Napanee. In keeping with Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place and an Irish wake will take place at the family home at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made Grace Inn Shelter in Belleville in Bob’s memory.
