Brant, Margaret Ann



It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Kingston General Hospital in her 68th year. Daughter of the late John and Shirley Martin. Cherished wife of Eric Pond. Loving mother of John Brant, Julie, Brant, Nicole Brant, Leah Brant and Rhonda Brant. Treasured grandma of 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Louie Martin, Nancy Green, Sarah Martin, Lisa Martin (Bob) and Joe Martin. Predeceased by her brother Freeman. She will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Smith & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 between the hours of 12:00- 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 – 6:00.p.m.. Cremation will follow with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association in memory of Margaret.
