It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Murray Cassidy who went peacefully on December 31st, 2022. Murray was born in Calgary, AB, in 1955 to his parents Joan Orr & William Cassidy. He grew up in Trenton, Ont., married his loving wife Janice and had two children, Joni & Murray (Kristen). He also had two beautiful grandchildren Aiden & Lyla whom he loved dearly. Murray is also survived by his elder brother Tim Cassidy (Shanni) & by his many nieces & nephews & in laws which he loved and adored.


Murray was a true outdoorsman with a passion for hunting, fishing and everything in between. He pride himself on being a licensed trapper for 50 plus years. Murray had a great sense of humour, enjoyed history & music and loved to laugh. He was charismatic and loved people. Murray will be remembered by his many friends for his elaborate story telling and quick wit.
