March 13, 1966 - April 13, 2023

Passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 surrounded by his family at the Kingston General Hospital. Cherished husband of Tracey Gazley (nee Carr-Braint).  Loving father of Caleb, Eli and Kupo (Blue). Son of Gordon and Patricia Gazley.  Survived by his grandmother Ruth Gazley, his sisters Maria (Jim) Fairfield, Angelina (David) McKnight and families.  Fondly remembered by his sisters and brothers in law Carol (Manson) Loft, Harry Carr-Braint, Betty Carr-Braint, Bill (Nancy) Carr-Braint, Mary Jean (Bill) Loft, Marilyn (Rick) Loft and Mike (Wanda) Carr-Braint.  Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephew.  Loved and always remembered by his aunts and uncle.  Family and friends will be received at Smith & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Funeral Service to be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:30 a.m.  Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Tahatikonhsotontie Head Start or Tsi Tyonnheht Onkwawen:na or Kanhiote Public Library in memory of John.
