Nash, John William

Passed away peacefully in his sleep in Belleville on July 3, 2023. Predeceased by his parents Joseph Nash and Mary (nee Shannon) and his brothers Jimmy and Gerald Nash. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Doreen (nee Buckley); daughter Bev Heuving (Carman Donato) and son Ray (Melanie). Proud grandfather to Lindsay, Jenna and Cooper Nash and Adam Heuving. He leaves behind his sisters Helen Matthews (the late Mike), Theresa Deacon (the late Del) and sister-in-law Marina McKenny (Jimmy). John will be missed by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews. In keeping with John's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice.
