Passed away peacefully on September 17, 2023 at Friendly Manor Nursing Home. Son of the late William and Hilda Bowden. Cherished husband of the late Gladys Bowden. Loving dad of Christine (Joe), Ron ( Shelley) and Jim (Tanya). Predeceased by his son Bob (Lisa). Treasured grandpa of Stephanie, Christopher (Josilyn), Mackenzie, Jarrett, Brandon, Justin and Drew. Great grandpa of Daxton, Lincoln and Paisley. Predeceased by granddaughter Morgan. Predeceased by his siblings Lillian, Isabelle, Fred, Barbara and Deborah. He will always be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at M.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home on Friday, September 22, 2023 between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00pm. Funeral service will follow at 1:00pm in the funeral home. Cremation to follow. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Renal Unit at Kingston General Hospital or the Canadian Kidney Foundation in memory of Phil.
