It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carman  Glenn Maracle in his 78^th year.  Father of Charles Carman Maracle and his wife Alison and grandfather of Siobhan and Steven.  Survived by his loving sisters Marion Thomas, Norma Maracle and Carol Thomas.  Extra sister Donna Spencer and sister-in-law Wilma Maracle.  Predeceased by his parents Sheridan and Geraldine Maracle and life partner Joan Claus, brothers Jerry, George, brothers-in-law Dave Thomas, Laverne Fish Maracle and Sherwood Bunny Thomas.  He leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.  We would like to say a special thank you to all the care provided by Tyendinaga Home and Community Care PSW`s especially Carrie Jacklin and Heather Mowbray with whom Carman had a special connection.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2024 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at M.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 78 Centre Street, Deseronto.  Cremation to follow.  Service and burial will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in All Saints Church, 1295 Ridge Road, TMT.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Napanee Dialysis Clinic , Tyendinaga Home and Community Care PSW`s or a charity of your choice in memory of Carman.
