Shirley Alice (Topping) Houle

1930-2024

It is with great sadness that the family of Shirley Alice (Topping) Houle announce her passing on June 30, 2024, at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry, Ontario in her 94th year.

Shirley was the loving mother of William (Marlene), Mary Kay, and Anne. She is survived by her brother Clinton Topping and her sister Lynda Davy (Bob) as well as her grandchildren Zachary Houle and Janelle Fisher (Eddie), her great grandson Everett Fisher and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Ross Houle, her brother William (Bill) Topping and her parents Harold and Alvina (Burley) Topping.

Public visitation will be held at M.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home in Deseronto, Ontario on Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 10:00 am -11:00 am. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am with Rev. Canon Bob Hales officiating. Burial will follow at Deseronto Cemetery, Deseronto, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oak Ridges Hospice(oakridgeshospice.com) or a charity of your choice.
