Michael Anthony Brant, a beloved son, father, grandfather, and brother, entered into rest on Friday, August 16, 2024, at the age of 67, at the Friendly Manor Nursing Home in Greater Napanee.

Michael was the son to the late Nellie Joice (Brant), father to Tonya Brant, and grandfather to Talitha and Aurayia. He was the brother of Sarah Brant [late Donnie], Donna Crouse [late Alex], Danny Brant [Yvonne], and David "Duke" Brant. Predeceased by his brothers Arthur Brant (Lily), Gordon Brant, Allen "Joe" Brant, and sister Roberta Mouck (Brant). His memory will be fondly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and countless friends.

Michael's passion for music was infectious, and he found great joy in playing his guitar. His warm smile and great sense of humor brightened the lives of those around him.

Michael will be laid to rest at Christ Church, His Majesty's Chapel Royal of the Mohawk, located on Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mohawk Community Cnetre, 1807 York Road, TMT on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
