Sincere condolences on behalf of the Board, Staff, Volunteers and Clients of Community Care for South Hastings. Bill was a dedicated and caring volunteer for the Deseronto Transportation program for many years and his commitment was much appreciated. I will never drive by his home without looking to see if he is sitting on his porch watching the world go by.
